Our Executive/Business Coaching Sessions are one-on-one, specialized sessions focused on and designed for YOU. We provide the guidance that helps you make the best choices for you and your business. We are very direct in our approach and hold nothing back. We believe it is our duty to help you become self aware of your thoughts and actions so we can break through limiting behavior and realize the full potential in YOU.

This program is not for the faint of heart. You may not like what you will hear but we don’t let that stop us from making you aware. We ask the tough questions, provide the tough love and hold you accountable to your word. This program will open you up to a whole new YOU if you are willing to participate and do the work.

Each client will gain insight so they can see how their own preconditioning, perceptions, beliefs and assumptions can get in the way of understanding the people they lead or work with. It promotes personal discovery and new approaches for solving problems.

Life/Personal Coaching Services

Personal or Life coaching is about today. Release yesterday and forget about tomorrow. Live in the day and in the moment. We get so caught up in what will be or what did happen that we forget about what is. Today is the only day. This program is about changing your limiting beliefs, getting over old patterns, develop new patterns and imprints and achieve unlimited happiness.

Even with the busy life you lead, we truly believe that every person can have the best out of life and reach every goal they set for themselves. The world is abundant and my job as a Personal Life Coach is to show you how you can tap into this abundance to be your personal best. We always work in the now and deal with what is. Truth is the only way to set you free. We focus on bringing truth to the surface in a tough love environment and help you move past the limiting blocks in your life.

Our sessions are very powerful. We dig deep and work on a higher consciousness until one becomes self aware. Our clients feel an overwhelming sense of relief and find they have rapid stages of growth. The changes are amazing!

Group Coaching Services

Another great way to explore Executive or Personal Coaching is in a group setting. Our sessions generally start off with one main topic, as a group we will discuss and work on learning and using new ideas and tools to create more supportive and positive habits. With the remaining time individuals can share some of their own experiences and gain feedback from others.

There is always a great sense of comradery and connection among the group. A group is a great choice for those seeking an approach to personal improvement that is not one-on-one. It is done in a supportive setting where everyone feels comfortable and welcome. We limit each group to a maximum of 10 people.

We have three different Group Programs:

• Teleconference; It is done over the phone which means you never have to leave the convenience of your home or office. Some people prefer this method due to the anonymity the call provides. I find that people who get involved in this type of group coaching tend to share more.
• Group Meeting; this is very powerful. I highly recommend this type of coaching if you are a bit reserved or consider yourself shy. Being able to share freely with people about your ideas, strengths and weaknesses without worrying about how it will look can empower you to great heights in your life. The communication skills alone in this type of setting can help you in all areas of your life.
• 90 Day Accountability Program – This is a program where we hold you accountable to your goals. In this program you work on three specific goals. We show you how to pick those goals, steps to take in implementing daily and weekly activity towards the goals and a group environment to push you towards those goals. We team you up with an accountability partner as well as a coach to ensure your success

Our Goal Writing and Review Service can help you learn to write specific goals, understand why you miss the mark on your current goals and ultimately help you obtain any goal you want. There is a scientific way to writing a goal but that is just the beginning.

Our process goes beyond just writing down your goals. We show you the steps to make your goals come to fruition. We focus on action steps to not only writing goals but to accomplish what you set out to do.

We show you how you can make writing goals fun and focused on the now. Many people write goals for future intent and never seem to obtain them. We help you focus your goals for today. We map your goals to activity that moves you forward in the direction you want to go.

If you already have goals written, we will go over them with you to make sure you are focused on achieving all the things you want to achieve. This process opens our client’s eyes to new heights of awareness and ultimately stretches them to become more and strive for greatness.

Typically these sessions are done over the phone.
